Reg., and current members of the Bullwhip Squadron Association, the Vietnam-era troopers hosted an array of events, including the helicopter rededication ceremony, as part of their unit reunion. "By us being able to participate in this reunion with them it helps to mint the relationship and foster better bonds between that generation and the current generation of young troopers within the squadron and it helps them to understand better that they are part of the legacy," stated Polanco, a native of Manhattan, N.Y.
