Thomas Becker uses a UbiDuo, a machine created so deaf individuals can communicate with their co-workers, during the Assistive Technology Fair at the III Corps Headquarters Oct. 18. The fair was used to raise awareness of the technology and services available to disabled government employees. The III Corps and Fort Hood Equal Employment Opportunity Office scheduled the fair to coincide with National Disability Awareness Month.
