Lt. Col. Carl S. Oelschig of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District addressed 73 post-9/11 veterans Saturday in Dallas to honor them for their service to the nation and to begin inspiring others by transitioning to a civilian life of service as new fellows of The Mission Continues. “I stand before you honored and privileged to be part of such a meaningful ceremony filled with citizen soldiers who are willing and dedicated to continue their mission of service in their local communities,” said Oelschig.
