A U.S. Air Force crew chief from the 175th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Maryland Air National Guard, guides an A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft on the flight line at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, on Jan. 25, 2023 in support of exercise Sunshine Rescue, a National Guard Bureau special focused training event. The goal of the Sunshine Rescue 2023 exercise is to execute traditional Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) capabilities with forward-edge ground force tactics, techniques, and procedures while utilizing advanced command and control technologies.
