Veronikha Salazar, keynote speaker for the Hispanic Heritage Month Observance, Oct. 3, at Club Stewart, Fort Stewart, Ga., speaks to the audience about diversity, stereotypes and cultural understanding. Salazar, an Armstrong Atlantic State University Hispanic Outreach and Retention Program Coordinator encouraged the audience, Hispanics as well as others, to step outside of their comfort zones and promote diversity for America’s future.
