Team Shaw airmen and Sumter community members gather at Wilson Drive Elementary School, Sumter, S.C., to speak to fourth graders about their jobs and their role in the community Sept. 6, 2012. The event kicked off a program called My Community and Me, and the goal was to teach the students how to be good leaders in the community and to expand their knowledge of the community. My Community and Me will continue until Oct. 11.
