Cruising over 13,000' above Yuma, Ariz., Marine AV-8B Harrier pilot Maj. Michael McKenney, native of Arlington, Va., fills up at a KC-130J Hercules aerial refueling station during Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course Oct. 11. WTI, held at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, is a biannual advanced aviation and Marine Air Ground Task Force training course for U.S. and international military forces to enhance their air-ground warfighting capabilities while testing the latest tactics, techniques and technology. Due to optimal flying conditions and access to open space ranges, MCAS Yuma continues to be the busiest air station in the Corps.
