During a training exercise, a member of the Southern Pines Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics team escorts an assailant, Spc. The quarterly training exercise, sponsored by the North Carolina Tactical Officers Association was conducted in partnership with the Fort Bragg Special Reaction Team at the post's sniper ranges and urban training facilities.
