Samuel Helland, 1 Marine Expeditionary Force commanding general and U.S. Marine Corps Forces Central commander, talks to Marines of Combined Joint task Force-Horn of Africa, CH-53E Super Stallion Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron-464 about the important role they play in being proactively engaged in the prevention of extremism in the region, Dec. 14.
