Antonio Guiliano, assigned to the U.S. Army Chorus, sings the National Anthem during the Special Operations Command South change-of-command ceremony Oct. 2 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. During the event, Army Brig. Gen. Sean P. Mulholland assumed command from Navy Rear Adm. Thomas L. Brown II. The presiding officer for the ceremony was Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser, the commander of U.S. Southern Command.
