Stephen Cochran, a Marine veteran and top 40 country music star, and his band perform some of his hits at the Cherry Point Roadhouse Sept. 20. Cochran said he wants to represent the Marine Corps in the country music scene. According to him, the last big country star who served in the Corps was George Jones who served during the Korean War.
