Contractors with Okinawa Marine Services use a forklift to position containers on the deck of the integrated tug and barge vessel Thunder/Lightning at the Naha Military Port Sept. 23.The contractors worked with Marines from various units of III Marine Expeditionary Force to load the vessel in preparation for Amphibious Landing Exercise 2013 in the Republic of the Philippines.
