Anthony Lovett, Chief of Operations at the Fort Bliss Army Community Service Center, races to put a diaper on a baby doll in a Diaper Dash competition during a community baby shower hosted by the Fort Bliss Army Volunteer Corps at ACS, Sept. 6. Lovett, a native of Tampa, Fla., who is responsible for overseeing the operations at ACS, supported the installation‚ Army Volunteer Corps program by participating in the games during the event and donating baby goods, which will be used to help stock the shelves of the installation‚ Junior Enlisted Family Center and other El Paso community nonprofit agencies.
