Brooks, Third Army/ARCENT commanding general and Alexandria, Va., native, talks to students and instructors at the Redistribution Property Accountability Team Academy here Jan. 23. The soldiers and civilians receiving the class will get the knowledge needed for future operations and the repositioning of equipment. During Brooks’ visit, he also spoke and fielded questions about the transition of equipment. A visit like this encourages, inspires and educates service members and civilians, the strength of our nation.
