Bert Robbins, Third Army/ARCENT civil military affairs officer and Exercise Steppe Eagle 12 division civil military affairs officer, fires a Dragonov sniper rifle as part of weapons training Sept. 7 at Camp Illisky, Kazakhstan. Third Army/ARCENT soldiers joined more than 1,000 military members from six other countries to exchange ideas and build relationship while improving interoperability during the multi-national peacekeeping exercise.
