Nida, 20, is from Forney, Texas. Several resources are available to help educate Marines on the dangers of drug use. The substance abuse control officer offers several resources to Marines who face drug problems or have a friend who needs help. The Marine Corps has a 'zero-tolerance' policy on drug use.
