The United States Navy Band Sea Chanters chorus performs the national anthem to open the Congressional Gold Medal ceremony in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda in Washington on Sept. 12, 2012. The medal, the highest U.S. civilian award, was presented to professional golfer Arnold Palmer during the ceremony hosted by House Speaker John Boehner, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Mitch
McConnell.
