Mamoru Uriu plans with Navy Lt. Kevan Q. Lim on how to conduct the clean up with the local community in the Aja River at Urasoe City, Okinawa, Aug 19. Zenki Gushikin, the head of Jicchaku community, came to Uriu to ask for aid with the clean up. Mamoru Uriu is the camp secretary and community relations specialist at Camp Kinser.
