Soldiers with Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 155th Combined Arms Battalion, Mississippi Army National Guard help Hancock County, Miss. deputies make contact with civilians stranded near the Silver Slipper Casino here as the Hurricane Isaac storm surge rises over the sea wall. The civilians were storm chasers who where staying in the casino parking garage to document the storm.
