Combat engineers from the Canadian army and the Washington Army National Guard transport two military police vehicles up the Columbia River here using bridge boat pontoons Aug. 20. The vehicles are being relocated to support the field training exercise, which is the main training event of exercise Kootenay Castor 2012. Kootenay Castor is a two week combined training exercise for combat engineers from the Washington Army National Guard and the Canadian Army.
