Seabees in Diego Garcia – 41 years and going strong

Builder Constructionman Robert Cox, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, cuts a roof panel for use in the construction of a 16-room, apartment-style building complete with all appliances. The building will greatly improve the living conditions and effectiveness of permanent assigned personnel that provide mission support to the island.
