Spc. Ancharad Shoon, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with the 356th Quartermaster company, Florida Army National Guard, prepares a pallet of supplies that will be distributed to units participating in the Vibrant Response exercise from a forward operating base at the Jennings County Fairgrounds, located near Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., Aug. 10. The Florida National Guard unit participated in the exercise to test their ability to provide disaster relief to a domestic catastrophe.
