    352nd Civil Affairs Command

    Command Sgt. Maj. Earl Rocca, the top enlisted soldier in the 352nd Civil Affairs Command, receives a noncommissioned officer’s sword from Brig. Gen. Ed Burley, commander of the 352nd CACOM, Aug. 11, during the command’s change of responsibility ceremony at Fort McHenry in Baltimore. Rocca, who lives in Frederick, Md., comes to the 352nd after serving in the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade.
