Local Iraqi school children are excited to see U.S. Army Soldiers from the 1-12 Cavalry Regiment, 1st Battalion, 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division November 1, 2007 at a school in the al Hakeem village, Baqubah, Iraq. The Soldiers from the 1-12 Cav. handed out backpacks and other school supplies while visiting the school.
