Army Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Capel, International Security Assistance Force and United States Forces – Afghanistan senior enlisted adviser speaks to soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines assigned to the Joint Mobility Control Center during a tour of the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Aug. 1, 2012. The JMCC is responsible for ensuring the travel arrangements for U.S. and coalition forces heading to and from the area of operations goes smoothly. Capel spent the day learning about the different mission functions of the Transit Center and had the opportunity to thank all the service members assigned for their hard work, sacrifices and dedication to support the ISAF mission.
