Senior officers from the U.S. Army and French army receive information about the Deployable Instrumentation System, Europe during the European Combined Forces Land Component Commander's Seminar July 25, 2012, at the Grafenwoehr Training Area in Grafenwoehr, Germany. DISE is a system that uses lasers, GPS and computers to detect and track hits from weapons for realistic combat training.
