Chief Musician Nate Bissell plays the alto saxophone towards a group of Vietnamese children during a medical civic action project site at Hung Linh for Pacific Partnership 2012. Vietnam is the third stop for Pacific Partnership 2012 and the mission will also visit Cambodia. Previously the mission visited Indonesia and the Philippines. Pacific Partnership, an annual U.S. Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance mission now in its seventh year, brings together U.S. military personnel, host and partner nations, non-government organizations and international agencies to build stronger relationships and develop disaster response capabilities throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
