HSI (Homeland Security Investigations) Police officers and civilians are moving a large wooden crate containing a bronze or metal bust sculpture into or out of a building numbered 1700. The operation appears to be an official law enforcement seizure or recovery of a cultural artifact or artwork. A moving truck is backed up to the building's entrance to facilitate the transport.

A repatriation ceremony marking the return of a collection of cultural property, art and antiquities looted from Peru to their rightful owners – the people of Peru, was held July 12. The objects were seized by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations in New York, Delaware, Texas, and West Virginia. The reclaimed objects include nine colonial paintings, a monstrance, and four pre-Columbian objects.
