Lt. Gen. Stanley E. Clarke III, commander Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command Region receives a briefing from the U.S. Forest Service's Justin Jager, the helibase manager at the U.S. Air Force Academy's airfield about firefighting efforts June 28, 2012 in Colorado Springs, Colo. All Waldo Canyon fire helicopter operations are operating from the Academy's airfield. The fire is currently 30 percent contained.
