200212-N-IA905-1539 PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 12, 2020) U.S. Coast Guardsmen from Maritime Safety Response Team (MSRT) West repack a rope aboard the aerial target launch ship (ATLS 9701) as they prepare to be hoisted into an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Black Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 4 while conducting helicopter visit, board, search and seizure training operations off the coast of San Diego.
