Children make necklaces and bracelets out of colored noodles during the Read-ilious Fair at the Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., library, June 12, 2012. The fair triggered a summer reading program, called, "Reading is so Delicious." The library scheduled events throughout each week during the course of the program for the children partake in storytelling and craft making. The participants of the summer reading program are challenged to read 2,000 pages by the end of summer.
