Retired Air Force Senior Master Sgt. James Giles shows his two sons photographs taken during the Battle of Midway during a ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Midway at Naval Support Activity Panama City. Giles was assigned to the heavy cruiser USS Vincennes (CA-44) during the Battle of Midway and took part in many battles in the Pacific Theater during World War II.
