Spc. Logan N. Romine from Fennimore, Wis., who is an intel specialist with the 86th Training Division Headquarters Headquarters Company located at Fort McCoy, Wis., uses his compass to reorientate himself during the Day Land Navigation Event at the 2012 Regional Best Warrior Competition, here, June 4. The Best Warrior Competitions is the first time Romine used a compass instead of a Defense Advanced Global Positioning System Receiver for land navigation.
