Capt. Timothy Sechrist, commander, Company G (Forward Support Company), 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, “Straight Arrows,” 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, chats with Bricker Elementary School students during the school’s annual field day in Colorado Springs, Colo., May 23, 2012. Sechrist, a native of Philadelphia, and 30 soldiers from the Straight Arrows Battalion provided interactive military displays and outdoor physical activities for the students. “This was a great opportunity for the Straight Arrows to get out into the community, and share some of the things that are important to the Army with the community through the Adopt-a-School Program,” said Sechrist.
