Navy Cmdr. Francis Foley, the command chaplain for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), rides in the back of a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement truck, also known as a “7-ton,” as he leaves Combat Outpost Now Zad, Afghanistan, May 27. Foley delivered care packages and attended to the spiritual needs of Marines and sailors there.
