Jared Albright, of Lancaster, Pa., commander, Troop B, 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, cut the ribbon during a ceremony, Sept. 22. The ribbon-cutting ceremony signified the re-opening of the newly refurbished schoolhouse.
