A U.S. military advisor demonstrates weapons handling techniques for members of the special forces regiment of the Royal Brunei armed forces at a live-fire training evolution during Exercise Eager Lion 12. Members participating are attached to Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-300. Eager Lion 12 is an irregular warfare-themed exercise with 19 countries and more than 11,000 participants focusing on missions that our coalition partners might perform during operational deployments in support of global contingency operations. The intent is to strengthen military-to-military relationships through a joint, whole-of-government, multinational approach to meet current and future complex national security challenges.
