Members of the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka Detachment Hachinohe Fuel Terminal's facility response team insert a response boom into Hachinohe Port in preparation for oil spill response training. The team is taking part in its annual oil spill response certification, and is the primary responders in case a waterborne oil spill occurs in this northern Japan industrial port area.
