U.S. Navy Engineman Fireman Shinqua Dupree allows a child to listen to American music during a community service project at a social center. Approximately 1,500 U.S. personnel are participating in Exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
