Capt. Tarik Fulcher, the commander of Grim Troop, 3rd Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment, gave a tribute speech at the memorial ceremony for Spc. Joshua Martin, a cavalry scout for 3rd Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment, at the Spirit of Fort Hood Chapel, May 9. Fulcher used this opportunity to express his condolences to Martin’s family.
