Hawaii-based Marine helicopter squadron re-designated as Osprey squadron

Lt. Col. Mark Revor, the last commanding officer of Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 363, salutes the colors of the new Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363 alongside the unit's first commander and his successor, Lt. Col. Timothy Miller. The change of command and re-designation ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, May 10, 2012, also marked the transfer of the VMM-363 'Lucky Red Lions' headquarters from Marine Aircraft Group 24 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, to Marine Aircraft Group 16 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif.
