Two Marines, Cpl. Kyle Smith, a rescue diver with Marine Transport Squadron 1, and Cpl. Kevin Willis, an aircraft electronic countermeasures technician with Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 4, go through one last gear check before completing their tandem skydive the United States Army Special Operations Command Black Daggers May 3. The Marines jumped with one of the Black Daggers strapped to their backs and were allowed to pull the cord as they freefell to the earth.
