Corps uses helicopter to prepare island for endangered bird

A helicopter prepares to land on the refueling platform after spraying one of the Interior Least Tern islands along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System in Oklahoma. The Corps used an EPA-approved herbicide to spray the island for the bird, which prefers barren sandbars along river systems as habitat.
