Jack Bakasumba conclude a meeting at the EASB headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, April 27. Hogg and a small group of his advisors visited U.S. Army troops at the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa in Djibouti and attended meetings with African Union mission leaders in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, April 24-27.
