Special agent Steven Laskey from Naval Criminal Investigative Service talks to sailors about the risks involved in the use and abuse of synthetic drugs such as Spice. Navy Region Hawaii, Naval Health Clinic Hawaii, Region Navy Legal Service Hawaii and NCIS conducted training on the policies, programs and risks of Spice to sailors at Sharkey Theater at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
