Apicella with a family tree of all the children's drawings during the opening ceremony at the 17th annual Kids First Fair hosted by the Children, Youth and Teen Programs at the Paige Fieldhouse parking lot on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton April 28. The fair highlighted military children and promoted positive parenting, family interaction, children's safety, family fun and community spirit. Apicella is the deputy commander of Marine Corps Installations West, MCB Camp Pendleton. Farmer is the senior staff officer for Marine Corps Community Services, MCI-West, MCB Camp Pendleton. Rolon is the resource and referral administrator with Marine and Family Program.
