Leah Pittman, a medic in Company C, 202nd Brigade Support Battalion, the Army Commendation Medal with "V" device for valor Sept. 13 for providing aid to the wounded while under fire. The 202nd BSB is currently deployed to Taji, Iraq, with the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, from Fort Lewis, Wash.
