Marines with Command Element, Black Sea Rotational Force 12, prepare for a sack race with children from a local orphanage while volunteering in Constanta, Romania, April 22. The Marines and sailors of BSRF 12 worked with Hands Across Romania to entertain and feed 250 children from three local orphanages.
