Deputy commander of the Combined Joint Civil-Military Operations Task Force U.S. Army Col. Philip W. Young passes the keys to the new classrooms for the schools of Tagbarungis Elementary School and Inagawan National High School to Armed Forces of the Philippines Western Command commanding general Lt. Gen. Juancho Sabban, who then passed the keys to the schools leading officials and community leaders April 23, 2012, during a dedication ceremony held at Tagbarungis, Puerto Princesa City, during Exercise Balikatan 2012. The Philippine and U.S. military have a longstanding relationship that has contributed to regional security and stability and is deeply rooted in cooperation, the spirit of Balikatan.
