Vincent Coglianese (center), commanding general of Marine Corps Installations West, for Team Volunteer of the Year during a recognition ceremony at the Pacific Views Event Center at Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 19. The Wagner team served more than 1000 hours volunteering for holiday parties, baby showers, pre-deployment briefs, cleaning barracks rooms and improving the quality of life of Marines, sailors and family members of the unit. Their off-base service included Operation Help a Hero.
